Baylee is a strange but sweet girl. She seems aloof to a lot of people but she's actually taking everything in. She's always been acutely aware of her surrounding. A little shy at first but once she gets to know you she can become quite chatty. She has daddy issues but doesn't let that get her down. She has a weid sense of duty and justice but would never hurt a defenseless animal or a child.

Baylee Rice was born in Sunnydale, CA to an unwed mother. Her father, Ethan Rayne, had been in town trying to destroy Buffy Summers and her gang of "scoobies" which included his old school mate, Rupert Giles. Her mother was a twenty-something witch who thought she had something to prove to the world. She met Ethan while he was running his costume store. After a "magickal night" and a few weeks later she discovered she was pregnant and Ethan was nowhere to be found.
Growing up in Sunnydale wasn't as boring as Baylee thought it should have been. With the Slayer living in town things were never really truly boring for her. She went to the High School and got to experience all that had to offer. She was on the track team. The fact that he library kept blowing up was always amusing to her.
When the city was destroyed and sank into a huge crater in the middle of the desert, Baylee was moved to Cleveland where Baylee and her mother soon discovered yet another Hellmouth. Just their luck. Baylee started commuity college but dropped out after two semesters because there was "nothing good to learn". She began a series of dead end, menial jobs. She's slung burgers, made shakes and other ice cream novelties, swept floors in all manner of places, and worn every uniform imaginable.
She studied magick from almost day one of her life. Her mother, Belladonna, was herself, a born witch and took to teaching Baylee everything she needed to know about her 'special powers". By the time Baylee turned 21, she was very adept at using her magick but she still has control issues, particularly when her emotions get the better of her. Then things tend to go boom!
