Model's name: Seth Green
Personality: Oz is a rather stoic individual. A heavy thinker who often expresses himself in few words. The seeming lack of enthusiasm may come across as disinterest to some but don’t be fooled. The werewolf’s steady gaze and heightened senses are constantly taking in the world around him. He can keep cool in most situations and is not above tossing out a joke or two even in the most dire circumstances. He has a taste for music and plays guitar.
Being a werewolf does have its advantages. A heightened sense of smell allows him to track and identify others by scent. An increased sense of hearing allows him to pick up on sounds others may miss though it can make him sensitive to very loud or high pitched sounds. Instinct can often alert the wolf to unseen danger lurking about, which is never in short supply.
Oz has achieved something many werewolves do not. The ability to control the shift. He can still loose control of his wolf side in times of extreme distress. Severe physical pain can trigger a fight or flight response from the wolf trying to preserve itself. If he is able to escape the situation and has a chance to calm down he may be able to regain control of himself and eventually shift back to human form.
He is extremely loyal and protective of his Scooby pals, especially Buffy and Willow, and will do whatever he can to help them.
Likes: Music. Playing guitar. Stopping bad guys. Wandering about in Sunnydale woods.
Dislikes: Losing control of his wolf side. Bad guys, especially the big bads. Showing his emotions. Being called Daniel, he prefers Oz.

* Able to control shifting. No longer forced to shift during the full moon.
* Heightened sense of hearing and smell. Ability to track and identify others by scent.
* Can be a pretty good get away driver and handy with a crossbow.
* Can keep cool in most situations. Has high tolerance for pain.
*
Weaknesses:
* Silver
* Extreme pain or emotional distress may still cause him to loose control of the wolf.
* Will put himself in harms way to protect those he cares for.
* Ears are sensitive to some extremely loud or high pitched sounds.

History:
Born and raised in Sunnydale as an only child his parents were hard working people. In fact they were usually busy working or traveling for business purposes so Oz grew accustomed to being home alone and just doing his own thing including becoming lead guitar of the band Dingoes Ate My Baby. He joined the Scoobies when he began dating Willow, not really surprised by the fact that vampires and other supernatural beings roamed Sunnydale, thought it explained a lot actually.
He soon crossed over to the supernatural side himself when a bite from his cousin Jordy cursed him with lycanthropy causing him to turn into a wild beast three nights a month. He seemed rather unphased though he inwardly feared the wolf side and harming others with it. Keeping himself locked up during the appropriate nights often watched over by fellow Scoobies. A run in with a she-wolf Veruca made him realize the wolf was always inside him and he set off in search of control over the beast.
His travels brought him to a monastery in Tibet where he learned mediation and other techniques to control the wolf. He briefly returned to Sunnydale able to control himself during the full moon. He had hopes of reuniting with Willow and picking up his old life in Sunnydale, however the strong emotions caused by the discovery of Willow and Taras relationship and being captured by the Initiative caused the wolf to exert itself. Realizing he had yet to gain full control he left once again to continue his training. Becoming one with the wolf. Learning to allow the wolfs energy to flow through him rather than against him.
Unable to turn his back on his old friends Oz once again returned to Sunnydale now with much better control of his abilities. He lives in a cabin in Sunnydale woods where he patrols for any bad guys trying to sneek through into town and offers refuge to fellow werewolves. He re-founded his old band, Dingoes At My Baby, they can sometimes be found playing at the Bronze or other popular night spots.
RP Sample:
Oz stepped outside taking in a breath of the mornings cool air. Things had become peaceful for the wolf here in his sanctuary. In this secluded monastery hidden away from the world. But lately he had become more and more restless. Unable able to sleep at night he would lay in bed, eyes trained on the ceiling above while whispers constantly murmured in his mind. Something was calling to him. Calling for the wolf to move on.
Making his way behind the monastery that had served as his refuge he came to a weathered brown tarp. If one were to look they might see four tires peeking out below the edge. Sure enough he pulled it away revealing the blue van that had been laying beneath. The trusted vehicle had taken him around the world and had often served as home during his travels. What remained of his worldly possessions stowed away inside. A few clothes. His old acoustic guitar and a some record albums he just could not bring himself to pawn off when the need for money struck. His own personal stockpile of weapons. Stakes, holy water, crosses, a crossbow. You know just the usual stuff.
“You’re leaving us.” These words came as a statement rather than a question. Oz turned to see an elderly man clad in the simple robes of a monk. “Yes.” Oz offered the single word as a reply. There was no need to go into detail. They had begun to sense the restlessness in the resident werewolf. Oz needed to go. The man stepped forward taking Oz’s hand and slipping a string of wooden beads into his palm. “Be well.” Oz looked to the beads for a moment before gently placing his free hand over the older mans giving it a slight squeeze in farewell. “You too.” The elder man pulled away turning to head back inside. Oz watched him go until he disappeared around the corner. The werewolf owed these people his gratitude. They had given refuge at his most volatile time. Did not pass judgment during those early nights when he screamed at the moon, cursing what he was.
Oz took a moment to slip the beads around his wrist then turned his attention back to the van. Opening the drivers door he slipped inside finding the keys in the ignition where he had left them. After sitting for so long it would not be surprising if the van did not start but it did. The engine revved then settled into a steady idle. Once he tried to venture back out into the world too soon and almost lost himself again. But this time was different. This time he was ready. Ready to return to Sunnydale.
