So this request is super simple and basic. Siobhan is in need of her own Watcher, or handler as Wolfram & Hart calls them. This is the person in charge of the reaver project, and probably the only person that Siobhan answers to. They're also probably the only person that she trusts. This person is a world renowned scientist, and the person single handedly responsible for Siobhan's reaver creation. They did work alongside side Ethan Rayne, but the project was their idea he just assisted a little.
The idea that I had was that Siobhan and this handler, or Watcher, or whatever you want their title to be infiltrated the Scooby's. But, it could have just been Shiv that infiltrated them, and she feeds information back to her handler in secret. Or we can do something else if you have any other ideas.
It would be super awesome if you took this ad up, though!
