"Uhhh...these are," He heard Faith begin to try to explain, he raised his eyebrows and smirked in anticipation of what non-supernatural reason she would have a whole pile-o-stakes for.
"These are obviously stakes." Lucky heard her say before dropping the armful of sharp wooden weapons. He chuckled a bit before listening intently as Faith began to inform him of how she knew about vampires and stuff and the part she played in the scheme of things.
He nodded along as his sister explained that she was a slayer. He had heard about the slayer in passing when he would show up in random demon haunts. He had just assumed it was a myth, considering the slayer he had heard about had such a goofy sounding name. The name Buffy seemed pretty silly to him, so he chalked the slayer thing up to a scary story for evil beings. Obviously he was very mistaken in assuming she wasn't real, and now his sister was explaining that she was one as well. Picked and chosen to fight evil, vampires, and demons he hoped she didn't hear him gulp when she mentioned that part.
"Nifty." Lucky stated with a slight nod, as he began trying to decide on how to tell his demon slaying sister that he himself was a demon.
"...so now there are many more of us all over the world." He heard her finish. Many slayers all over the world, yikes. Well he better tell Faith now so at least he'll have a slayer on his side in case there are other slayers in the world that don't care whether someone is good or evil and just wants to kill anyone that isn't 100 percent human.
"The more the merrier, I guess." Lucky added nervously as Faith sat down on the stool and looked at him waiting for his reaction.
"Well in all honesty I thought the slayer wasn't a real thing when I had first heard of the concept, but good to know there is a lot a ya now." He said with a shrug before bracing himself to tell her his secret identity.
"So since we're exchanging secrets now, there is something I need to tell you..." He started, taking a deep breath before finishing.
"First off, disclaimer, I am a good guy, I fight evil...but uh... I'm actually a half-demon." Lucky told Faith, his voice getting smaller, as he looked down at the ground with shame.
He continued staring at the ground as he waited for her reaction, fearful that she would turn him away, or worse, kill him. She'd just be doing her job though so he could understand if things ended badly after telling her he's part monster.
